About The Builder
Isaac Walker is the founder of Remnant Homes and a proud Boise local with deep roots in the Treasure Valley building community. He began his career as a framing contractor, gaining firsthand experience in what it truly takes to build strong, lasting structures. Having worked on custom homes, multifamily, and commercial projects, Isaac brings a well-rounded skill set to every home he builds, starting from the ground up, with respect for the craftsmanship required to do it right.
That early hands-on experience continues to shape Isaac’s approach today. He believes the best projects are built on strong foundations, clear communication, and trust. With a framer’s eye for detail and a builder’s mindset, Isaac focuses on practical problem-solving, efficiency, and care in every custom home, addition, or remodel.
Isaac founded Remnant Homes with a simple goal: to deliver high-quality construction while genuinely serving the people behind each project. He takes pride in being hands-on, honest, and fully invested in creating spaces his clients are proud to call home.

Step 1
Design – We work hand in hand with you and our trusted designers to create a vision that fits your dream, needs, and budget. By integrating design and construction under one roof, we can deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality, while providing clients with a simpler, more enjoyable building experience.
Step 2
Planning – Here at Remnant Homes we place a large emphasis on pre-construction. Throughout this process we will work with you and designers to make every selection for your project, which allows us to create an extremely accurate budget and plan that is ready to be executed.
Step 3
Permitting & Prep – We handle permits and site preparation as the final step before vertical construction begins. After an extensive pre-construction process this stage moves very smoothly.
Step 4
Construction – Flawless execution of your construction project through our trusted and vetted team of subcontractors, including self performed framing. We take great pride in the contractors that we choose to work with, as they deliver the best work around.
